Race plans and reporting, in a fraction of the time.
The firm
Fazed Media provides social media and brand management for elite athletes. Its work includes Oscar Piastri, Team Brady in the E1 Series, Tyson Fury and Daniel Dubois. Founder Sarah Fasey previously led social media at Red Bull, and has worked at Red Bull Racing and Nike.
The problem
Sarah was already using ChatGPT, but in the browser, one chat at a time. It could help with fragments of work, but it did not know her clients, consistently follow her formats or understand how Fazed Media worked.
A race plan — every post mapped out across a race weekend, from build-up through to the result — took around five hours a month for Team Brady. The monthly social media audit took about three, assembled by hand from several platforms.
What we did
01 Connect her tools
Moved her onto the ChatGPT Work desktop app and connected her email, calendar, meeting notes and cloud files, so it could reach the information itself instead of everything being pasted into a chat window.
02 Build her local second brain
Created a local folder of simple Markdown files containing Sarah’s client knowledge, tone of voice, examples and working preferences. Sarah could inspect and update everything herself, while ChatGPT used it as context for future work.
03 Build repeatable workflows
Built and scheduled an unanswered-email workflow, a repeatable race-plan workflow, and a rebuilt process for the monthly social report. Sarah built each one herself with guidance, so she could adapt and improve them afterwards.

In Sarah’s words
“For someone who didn’t know much about AI, everything was explained really clearly. The session was genuinely useful and I was really impressed by what we were able to set up.”
